Delivery Time 配送時間


 

The delivery time is about 3-10 days. If your location is a remote districts, The delivery time will be longer than 5 days.

海外地區訂單約需要 3 - 10 個工作天。如果您居住的地點較為偏遠，運送時間將超過前述說明。






Payment 付款金流

SF Express will be cost about 100-1000 NTD ( about 3.4 -34 UDS). It deponds on your location.The delivery location can be your designated address / SF Station / SF transition service center/ SF smart cabinet (Please note all detail information for shipment)

Warranty 維修保固


We provide one year warranty service for our electronic products which you bought from igogosport.If your products have problems, you can contact with us and send it back.Igogosport will provide　warranty service to you, but this service does not include the fee of shipment which you send defective product back. 



商品享有一年保固，如有保固問題，消費者需自費將產品送回（寄回）台灣檢測，確認為保固服務範疇後，維修及寄回運費，由本公司負擔。
保固維修認定準則，依官網保固服務說明辦理。





No Oversea Service 不支援國際訂購品牌



Some brands do not provide overseas services, such as: JLab Audio, Creative. If you order as follows, the service staff will automatically cancel the order without notice.
